Pursuant to Wyoming Statute §17-16-501, a Wyoming LLC or Wyoming Corporation is required to have a Wyoming registered agent in order to accept important mail and legal documents on behalf of your company at a registered office physically located in the State of Wyoming.

Wyoming mail forwarding is included at no additional charge with each Wyoming registered agent service order. By selecting Peak Corporate Services as your registered agent you authorize Peak Corporate Services to open, scan and email your mail to you on a bi-monthly basis. All mail sent from service providers, such as credit card offers, will be disposed of and not forwarded unless you request that such items are forwarded. When you receive the scan, you can request the original copy to be mailed to you via U.S. Mail for $15 per item within 30 days. With our free Wyoming mail forwarding, we will scan up to 5 items per year then we charge $5 per each additional scan.

$50 Annual Scanning Service

By selecting this service, you authorize Peak Corporate Services to open, scan and email your mail to you on a bi-monthly basis. All mail sent from service providers, such as credit card offers, will be disposed of and not forwarded unless you request that such items are forwarded. When you receive the scan, you can request the original copy to be mailed to you via U.S. Mail for $15 per item within 30 days. The first 15 items are included, then we charge $5 per each additional scan.

$400 Annual Virtual Office Service

Your Wyoming business will enter into a shared office agreement with the Baitshop Business Center located at 215 W Gill Avenue, Jackson, Wyoming that will provide you with a physical address for you to use with your business for an annual fee of $400 per year.
